Customized Gold Dredge /Rapid Separation of Gold and Sediment/Intelligent Screening Gold Dredger

Chain bucket dredger is a dredger that uses the chain bucket machine on board to excavate the soil and sand in the subsurface layer of water.  Mostly used for sand and gravel mineral mining or dredging harbor basins.  Equipped with excavation device, lifting device, large particle filtration device, conveying device, and migration device, the excavated sediment is transported to the transport ship through a conveyor belt, which can complete excavation, sand and stone separation, stone crushing, particle size grading, sediment cleaning and separation, heavy metal extraction, dehydration, and transportation in one go.  It has strong adaptability to soil and can excavate various media other than rocks and thick mud.  Installing corresponding mineral selection equipment on the ship can upgrade it to a gold mining ship, iron selection ship, salt mining ship, gemstone beneficiation ship, etc.

1.Alluvial gold mining:
For naturally deposited alluvial gold deposits (such as riverbed alluvial gold, terrace alluvial gold, and lakeside alluvial gold), mechanized operations are used to extract gold particles from sediment, and the entire process of "excavation - washing - gold extraction" can be completed directly on water.

2.Lake and reservoir operations:
In lake sediment layers, reservoir bottoms, or areas with historical gold mining activities, gold particles or heavy minerals enriched by long-term sedimentation are mined.
 
3.River dredging and regulation, water environment restoration: 
During river dredging in water conservancy projects, gold particles or other valuable minerals in the sediment are simultaneously extracted to achieve the dual goal of "dredging + resource recovery". In some water areas polluted by mining activities (such as those with excessive heavy metals), gold dredgers can assist in sediment dredging and ecological restoration while separating recoverable minerals.
